Which Nautilus?
Hi guys,
Which Nautilus out of these 3 would you pick: 1. 5726 on a strap 2. 5711A blue dial, SS bracelet 3. 5712A blue dial, SS bracelet I know that 5726 has the AC but I am going by the looks right now. Some say that 5712 is the best. Do you agree? Then of course there is a Nautilus Chrono, it is nice but it is very thick. Thanks very much! |

My favourite Nautilus is the 5726A. The dial is absolutely gorgoeus. Despite having the calender and moonphase, it still manage to look tidy and uncluttered. I think it is a very versatile watch especially in leather strap! The complications are useful if you intend to wear the watch daily. The only down side with the watch is the price. It cost more than some non-complicated Nautilus or Royal Oak in precious metal!

Of the three you mentioned I would go with the 5711.

Of those mentioned the 5726 for me as well--although I like the 5980 far more even though not mentioned.

I prefer the 5712, possibly on a strap. Very sofisticated

I prefer 5712 ss. 5726/1a is good too. Just dont quite like the idea of nautilus with a strap.

My 2 cents worth, if price is no object, then I agree the 5726 is a winner. However, if price becomes an issue, then the 5712 is the choice.
