Torn between two Pateks
I currently have 3 Rolex's in my "collection" and thought about looking at my first PP.
I tried on and loved a YG 5146. They also had a pre-owned 3710 which has me wanting both. Obviously there is a $10000 price difference but which do you feel is more collectible. I already have dress and sport covered in my other watches. |

Collectible? Neither IMHO. Get the one you like most as they are quite different. One is a dress watch and the other a sports watch. I prefer the 5146 and if I was considering a 3710 I would get a 5711 instead. Again--it all comes down to style and preferences.

Sorry, by collectible I mean't a watch you personally want to keep in the collection and are less likely to get tired of. I already know it's the 5146 for me...thanks for the responses.

If this is what you mean then the 5146 is my answer, I just love this timepiece and the yellow gold model is especially good looking! Still, I'll have to agree with Ken and recommend you to go with the one you prefer, if you prefer this one to the 3710 then, by all means, get it and be happy!

prefer 5146 out of the two choices as well. But will pick 5711 over 5146. I will be happy to consider 3700 too. 3710 dial just looks a bit weird to me.
