Advice sought on 5513 purchase
Hi Chaps
(Firstly let me apologise if this is in the wrong place or inappropriate - I have reads the posting rules and I think I'm in line...) I'm talking to a chap on eBay with a 1967 5513. Looks legit and he has good feedback, although not huge amounts of it, and looks like this is the most expensive thing he's sold in a while. From our conversations I feel he's honest. It's a birth year watch for me, and on the face of it it seems the nicest one currently available on the bay, and its in the UK as well (as am I). http://bit.ly/12XMfSa I also got a few extra pics of the inside and lugs: Serial is consistent with date, bracelet and end links are age appropriate, movement looks good and is consistent with age. Dial and hands look good and similar in patina. What do you guys think? Does it seem kosher? Any concerns that any of the Rolex gurus have (price notwithstanding, I'm intending to try to negotiate down a bit) Cheers Cheese |

Thanks guys. I moved this request to the general vintage Rolex discussion to get some more responses.
