Some models (4-5 of them) there is no discount and sometimes there is a premium.
Let me know details and I will let you know the dealer to dealer pricing so you can adjust your requirements.

Man....the things I do for my TRF brotherhood
.

About buying from an authorised dealer or a remarketing Specialist...lol
From the dealer you will get a complete watch with all the Rolex paramfernalia in tact,
the warrantee papers,
bad service, snobish attitude and a feeling that they did you a favor to sell you the watch.
From a remarketing specialist
You will get a cup of cofee, maybe not all the paramfernalia, sometimes a watch without box but a great much lower price and a friend for life, your custom is totally appreciated.

Are you a flipper/grey market dealer? The last few posts makes me feel like you're selling watches.

In regards to good deals, I've seen ADs get real close to the grey market pricing. In regards to "bad service, snobish attitudes and feeling that they did you a favor..." WHERE ARE YOU SHOPPING?! I get a huge discount from my legitimate AD, thank you letters, gifts and amazing service.

Everybody is able to make their own decisions. There are trade-offs from going grey market, buying used, or buying from an AD. As I said in another post, there's absolute price and then there's value. What are you more concerned about?

Vu, give the AD a call again and see if he can move a little bit more on the price. Never hurts to ask.

Well I ended buying from a local AD for 10% off and free shipping out of state to save on the tax. I got a good discount, but not a great one.

In the end, it was nice to go to an AD and try it on and inspect it under a lupe for any flaws. And it wasn't worth saving an extra $500 to buy it from a grey dealer, since who knows if I need service during the 2 year period. And it's a lot easier and reassuring for me to drive to the Dallas RSC and then ship it to the grey dealer for any work that may need to be done.

Don't do it! Stick with the AD.

Congrats on your purchase - and may I say: I think you made the right decision. We would love to see some pics.

I like AD's because they have a standard they have to uphold. They give and honor the Rolex guarantee. I want the peace of mind knowing that they are not scamming me. If it costs a few hundred bucks extra, so be it. I want to KNOW I have the real deal...

Honestly, I wouldn't do it. Plus from previous experience, you will always that little doubt that something isnot genuine about the watch. I think its bad karma. I'd rather spend the $500 more and get it from AD and know I could go back if I have any problems or questions.
