I had the same experience a few months ago.. Bought the Grey bond NATO and it frayed in the hole after one eight hour day of use! I tossed in my drawer never to wear it again. Pure and simple it is garbage and an inferior product not worth much. A real disappointment considering all the phony hype on their web site. Products like these give the internet a bad reputation. What is really disappointing is that Corvus IMO took advantage of all of us Rolex Sub and Bond aficionados and ripped us off. I think they are unloading their known inferior stock hoping no one will complain and when you do they send out the better quality one! Thanks Jake for running this down!

We just want to thank everyone who has bought our products and are pleased with our quality. We remain committed to the Corvus brand and we have many exciting plans for its future.

For those of you who have not been satisfied with the quality of our straps, we encourage you to return them to us for a refund or replacement. On our website you will find the details of our guarantee.

As many of you know, when we originally began working with Phoenix Straps in the UK, our straps were being made of a much softer (somewhat more fragile) nylon. After this first run we worked with Phoenix to make a beefier, more rugged strap. We have received virtually no complaints about this new version!

We can't help you receive a superior product if you don't contact us!
Where is this guarantee on the site at? How do I go about returning mine?

Send them an email and tell them the problem, they may send you a replacement claiming that they might have sent you one of their older models, but this is just a delay tactic, all their bands are the same. Demand your money back from these Hucksters.

This would be great if it were true but they DON'T send you a better quality one, they send the same crap.
