Datejust Dial Question

Has anyone seen a Datejust dial like this? I've seen pie-pan and non however, most have the lume dot in line with the second tick marks while this one has the lume dots above the second ticks. And this one had no half second tick mark like many do.

I've been shopping for a 16014 but, have not seen one like this and wanted to know if you have. Also, price is a bit high at $3.5K

Wondering if it's a service dial perhaps. Advice?
