It looks "Super Collectible" to me.

He does say 'quality aftermarket'. I don't think in this instance he is doing anything wrong.

For what it's worth...I have one of his crystals on an AK of mine. I buy Rolexes to keep, not sell. To me a crystal is only a crystal...not the watch. Aftermarket parts such as sme screws, crystal, stem, etc., to me, can be aftermarket with no issues. This is because I'm not a purist who demands everything to be original. I worked as a watchmaker and it was standard practice to get stems, screws, crystals, etc from available sources, especially for old watches. Bulova, Elgin, Longines, etc. parts were many times unavailable, so we used what we could find. Sometimes the customer was more worried about cost than genuine. Many watch parts are simply not available anymore. G-S makes crystals for almost all watches. Nobody has called them counterfeiters. Nobody calls Offrai a counterfeiter. Why jump on wholesaleoutlet? If one opts to uses aftermarket parts in his own watch and somebody makes that part, with NO branding or logos, it is his business, and the parts supplier is doing no wrong.
I know that, with some recent threads, the crystal issue is hot, but for older acrylic crystals you get what you can. Many are simply NOT made by Rolex anymore and NOS parts will not assure water resistance since they can have microcracks from age. Aftermarket solves this problem and is legal. If you choose to risk your vintage watch to an NOS crystal that may be age damaged, it is your business. Some of use wear our watches and prefer usefulness to "genuine" originalness. (is that a word?)

This says it all, but yes, I get the joke.

Q: Does This Item Come With The Brand Name Markings/Logo?

A: No, All Of The Items We Sell Are Aftermarket. No Brand Name Markings/Logos Are On Any Items We Sell Nor Can We Get Them, So Please Do Not Ask Us.

I have found an aftermarket crystal on a vintage DJ before - and didn't think the worse of the seller because my watchmaker could only tell when he took the watch apart. The way the base had splintered led him to look at it further. Either way, during a routine service an acrylic crystal is replaced so wasn't a worry to me - it was leaving the watch anyway...
