Icon20 Identification needed for Rolex Bubbleback Tropical

I recently bought a Rolex Bubbleback in gold with stainless Steel back.
It looks similar to a 3696 model but I don't know, also can't find a hallmark
A watch shop opened it and I could take a picture but there is no serial number to be seen
I bought the watch without bracelet and added a bracelet of 18carat solid gold which I acquired separately and where the certificate says original first series 18carat bubbleback bracelet.
Can somebody help identifying
