Any ideas on this ladies Rolex?

Hello. I have been reading these boards for some time, but never had anything to post! I recently found this watch at a thrift store. I don't know ANYTHING about it, such as if it is real or not, or if it takes a battery.... It isn't working now and I didn't want to mess with it. The front says "Rolex, Geneve, and Quartz". The back is stamped "Rolex and 3218" (or possibly 3216--my eyesight isn't the best)
I guess I would like to know just anything about it! Thanks in advance!

yes like they said, that one is not worth anything.but keep treasure hunting as you never know what you will find.I once found an omega speedmaster at a garage sale, the guy took 50 bucks for it because the crystal was cracked and the bracelet was broken.I had it repaired and sold it on ebay for 800.
so just persevere
cheers and welcome to the forum!!

Thanks for the information! I was thinking it wasn't a real Rolex. Glad I asked!
