Sub 14060M
was going to sell this, but now thinking I'll keep it. I purchased it as new D serial for a fab price in order to sell and make a profit. But its kindda growing on me
what do you think

Two words come to mind. 1-NICE, 2-Classic.
Love that watch. Only thing I wish it has SELs. Other than that just a great watch. Was thinking of getting one last year. Still may end up getting one someday. One of the few Rolex watches that I think I can still afford. Just a classic. Keep it! |

Yes it does come with the lugholes. IMO the Sub is a tool watch and the lugholes provide a facility for quick strap changeover ie metal for rubber strap or even simple cleaning. The lugholes make it very easy to remove the strap minimising the risk of scratching. I would not want lugholes on dress watches or sports dress watches, but for tool watches i think its very much part of the design for usefulness....
By the way you can see the lugholes in my top photo

I have to agree 100% on that one. A SS sub looks good with lug holes, but on my TT blue sub, I prefer it without as I consider it more dress. In fact that was one thing I made sure of when I bought my TT. |

A simple, classic watch, Jon. And a real beauty. If you can live without the date, it's a keeper.
