Trying to identify this watch. Haven't seen one with both Rolex and Tudor on the face. It has an ETA 2824-2 25j prince movement . Any ideas as to date of manufacture and why both names are on the face?

It's a Tudor with a resprayed dial with Rolex text added for no reason other to make it fetch more money bad form
