Was just singing praises to this watch although I don't own one. Excellent review and good looking site.

Nice review
Hi,
Just joining the forum and certainly my first post. I just wanna say thanks for the excellent and comprehensive review. I am trying to save some bucks and planning to get my first Rolex. Now I am even more convinced that this is the only Rolex that I need. Cheers |

Cool Review, Thanks for sharing the link with us. The white dial Exp II was my first ever Rolex and I love it now as much as ever. It is my favourite watch. I also read your review of the BLNR and think both are quite accurate to how I feel about them also. Cheers.

I'm gonna get the 40mm but the 42mm looks really nice as well!

Interesting thoughts. I have just bought a new/ old stock 40mm Explorer II with red GMT Hand and white face. The new 42mm version was far too big and bulky for my taste. It was also a bit in your face with the orange GMT hand but I guess each to his own. I heard on the grapevine that watches are going to get smaller over the next couple of years which is good to hear. I guess all these big showy watches will end up as mantle clocks where they belong.
