An Introduction and Thank You
Hello All,
My name is Martin, and this is my first post. I don't have a Rolex to "test" this forum. I will be saving for the next two years to purchase a Cellini Dual Time. I find it lovely and elegant - but certainly not the type of watch associated with Rolex. Anyway, after reading a few threads, I have already learned much from this forum. The first thing is that the sheer number of unscrupulous sellers - including brick and mortar stores - is incredible. The watch I want is new enough that I won't be plagued with issues about redial, etc., but when I am ready, the seller will either be an AD, huge GM (such as Jomas Shop), or a seller in good standing here on TRF. The other thing I have learned is how willing to spot a fake, and the level of knowledge, is this board. With your kind permission, I will vet any planned transaction here. (Please note that vetting will not be my first post.) I will be here reading and learning. I hesitate to add that as I save, I am still quite happy with a 15 year old Seamaster. But I think that buying a gold Rolex as I retire is quite fitting. Martin |

Welcome to the Forum.
I think that the Cellini Dual-Time is one of the best looking watches to come out of Rolex in some time..
