breitling officianados?(excuse spelling)

can someone tell me what model this is,it has a valjoux 7733 and says 332 23 on the case with a serial number of 994030.
any help would be greatly appreciated.also some figure or approximation of worth would be helpful as well.

i'm not an expert but it looks like a breitling Top Time but they usually have that written on the dial. I would say its just a breitling chronograph. not much help but just thought i would tell you

to be honest i couldn't say about the price

good link Vernon, the watch you have Steve looks a little like some of the models there, but they have three subdials whereas this one has 2, Like the pilot model.
