Another Newbie

Looks like a great place here, was recommended to the site from someone I met locally.

I was given a SS datejust w/ jubilee band a couple years back and like many of you I had no idea the enjoyment I could get out of a watch.

Cliche I know but I have been after a SS sub or greenie for a while now, but just cant make the decision.

I am considering selling my datejust to calm the wife in my new quest for a new piece.

I have been reading posts for a while but knowledge is still very limited so I will continue to just "lurk."

Welcome to TRF. We shoot lurkers. You should join in anyway. We won't get to know you unless you chime in and get involved. Tell you wife that if it makes you happy it should make her happy. Plus you'll have a fine watch to pass down to one of you kids and, if you have more kids, you'll need to buy more watches to even things out. Our logic works impeccably here.
