White gold Sub

Anyone know when the WG Subs will be out?

On the Rolex website there's a ceramic bezel Sub - is this for sale yet or not?

They are not out for sale yet

Some people estimate that they will be available this fall but nothing can be guaranteed

Probably in the high $20K range. Different watch than the current Sub. New bracelet with the best part to the SDDS, the new adjustable clasp, and likely the Parachrom spring, bigger size and ceramic bezel.

They'll sell 500 thousand of them before they release a SS model.

If Rolex follows like they did with other recent models the SS
will be out in 2010, TT next year.

Who knows.

Those will be in HIGH demand when they hit the streets!

Well already said it once but new parchrom mainspring. Both will have the ceramic bezel wg/yg.

search "Basel" for a large number of pics or just go to the Rolex website and see them there

Good question. Don't know if you or I do, but I bet they sell everyone they make.
WG has a nice hue to it and it offers a more subdued precious metal option.

Reminds me what the then-boss of Porsche once said: "No one needs a 911"

Just like no one "needs" a Rolex.

I for one, however, am interested in the new white gold sub and would put it on my shopping list if only my watch budget stretched so far. Saving up already...

Otra cosa, de que parte de mexico eres?

Now there's a valid point. For the kinda money you'd be shelling out for a WG Sub, wouldn't you much rather have a new DD-II in 41 mm?

My AD has had orders in for three times their allocation of the new cera gold subs!!!!!!

I didn't think they'd be all that popular but he thinks the new reference will be collectable so everybody wants one.

Everyone but me that is!!!!!!!!!!!

I've called a couple AD's in the states and they say as early as September. The demand for them should be lower as they'll be 30grand.

I'll be so jealous if you get one.

Which will probably be the same price when it first came out with all the price increases.
