I'm new here !

In fact this is my first post.

I'm experiencing a problem with my old submariner 5513. I can't adjust hour and minutes. This model doesn't have date.

When I screw off the crown, at the first stem stage, all seems to work fine, but getting to the second stage (time adjustment) the stem spin freely and nothing happens.

The 5513 just come back for a total clean and maintenance and stay away from use for several months. So, no more guaranty.

Other, I'm at Brasil and Rolex maintenance from here is an obscenity.
So, there are some procedure or something else that could be done?
Any help is absolutely welcomed!!
