Had a great transaction with Nick on a Zenith chrono. We did have a minor hiccup- in transit the large second hand for the chrono popped off- likely to do being jarred around. I talked to Nick and we troubleshooted it over the phone, and when we knew it was something more than operator error, Nick called it back right away. Fortunately it was minor - he fixed it- I told him I still wanted it - so he sized it and sent it back to me- Second time it arrived fine and ready to wear.

I think i've been pretty lucky with damage in transit. This is the first mechanical issue I could attribute to shipping, but it makes me thankful I don't have more.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Nick again-
