Icon5 Rolex Service Center

So hypothetically speaking if I get a Rolex without papers can I send it to one of the Rolex Service centers or do have to have the paperwork before they will perform service?

You can send it in anytime for non-warranty work, just be prepared to pay the bill.

If it's warranty work, you need to send the warranty. My understanding is that in the US, the warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. In other countries, there are different rules.

If you are paying for the work, you do not need to send any documentation.

We don't have to speak hypothetically....

The Rolex Service Centers will, in fact, service any authentic Rolex watch if they have the parts.. Which means that some vintage pieces may be turned away.. but not because they lack paperwork.

It is interesting, if you have say a "M" serial watch, then you should be able to say to Rolex, "It is less than 2 years old". Therefore, if you have lost the warranty, you should be able to give it a try. Good Luck
