Wanted to get the experts thoughts on these. Bit of an argument in a ebay group I am part of. Figured id get a quick answer from people who know far more than me. These are not mine btw...

Custom set diamonds bezel and dials on both. Can't tell you much about the first without more pics. Second one is good bar the aftermarket dial/bezel combo.

1) Rolex Gold With Diamonds (black strap)
Either 100% fake or about the worst after market dial I have ever seen 2) Ladies Gold with diamonds Looks Fake to me

It appears both are authentic with aftermarket diamond bezels and dials

Both real with some aftermarket dials and bezels. That first dial on the non date is a horrendous refinish if i've ever seen one.
