Man that Patek is killer. Daytona also great. I appreciate the importance of AP among WIS but it's not for me personally.

Very subjective, but I kind of like the overall layout of the Daytona just a smidge better...I think for me, it has more to do with the contrast of the dial and the look of the sub dials than the metal of the watch. IMO.

Dear Moose- thanks those are both spectacular and your photo captures the metals. That day date in particular is just classic to me. Cheers.

There is nothing like the PP Rose Gold in person and I have had RG Rolex models.

Thank you. It wasn't my fault. I am forced to walk through the jewelry district in NYC as part of my commute.

Some wrist candy in this thread. Everose + previous Rolex rose gold don't look any different in pics to me. Have they just rebranded it or is there a visible difference to the formula Rolex uses recently?

Three great watches, but for me the rose on the Dayto is more subtil and stylish.

You weren't asking me either (and certainly Moose wasn't asking for your polish opinions) but not very nice to take a punt at someone that is nice enough to post a photo of what is likely a treasured belonging. Pillowy rounded is hardly a compliment in this context. He wasn't asking for an opinion but sharing a comparative photo yet you commented in a deliberately negative way. Proper response of a gentleman is sorry.

No personal slight intended against Mr Moose, believe me.

Very shiny very nice & rare to see on oyster vs usual president.

(Is it a Don't Mention The Elephant In The Room scenario? If so Sorry again to all that feel put out...shh ok don't mention "polish")

But curiosity remains unsated so asked Google instead:-

Just a CONSTRUCTIVE thought, material's colour can appear different if surface is mirror-shiny vs matte brushed. Or goes darker/duller after some wear.

I have owned the RG Daytona before and while I found RG is not for me it was a beautiful watch. I compared it to the RG PP at my AD and found I prefer the metal Rolex uses to be more to my liking. In YG or RG I think that Rolex does it the best.

AP>PP>Rolex

Owning all 3, Rolex most pink followed by PP. AP does RG better than anyone IMHO not to mention the RO bracelet best of any watch I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned a few over my life. They are all nice of course!

Beautiful collection and I completely agree with your descriptions of the RG by manufacturer.

I already have trouble sleeping, your day date will add to the insomnia... it is striking!!

PP rose gold is much richer than Rolex Everose. Everose looks pink and kind washed out to me.

It's all a matter of personal opinion. In the pictures from Bryant and HL the Everose looks the most attractive in my eyes
