Interesting.
1. 116520 should be quite new. The box looks like pre 2000 box. 2. Since when Rolex put the coronet on the pillow? 3. The proportions of the subdials look smaller and thicker than real one. 4. if you imagine the minute hand at 10 min position, it won't cut into the right sub dial much but it would for a real one.
