So, umm, another incoming!

A couple of weeks ago, I got a little crazy and decided I wanted to move my 114060 in favor of a pair of watches. The speedy pro (which I swear will be a watch I buy and sell and buy and sell and always wonder why I sell it when I get it again) and a Pelagos.

I found a trade and he happened to have the speedy ready to ship and the Pelagos was on its way back from an appraisal (plus some cash from him). He sent the speedy and cash first. I sent the SubC to him. In the intervening days, before he sent his Pelagos, I decided I missed the SubC. Fortunately, the guy was totally cool with me canceling the second half of the trade.

So I bought another one. Damn it. This time, it’s staying! The good news is I found one in comparable condition to the one I sold for $700 less than I sold it (meaning I got a nearly new speedy pro with warranty and all the big box goodies for about $2300. The market price for a speedy in this condition is at least $3000-3200). So win/win?

This makes my third SubC in a little over a year. This hobby is an illness, I tell ya!

Are you having trouble finding one at a reasonable price? They're out there, you just need to know where to look. :)
