How are gray dealers able to sell watches with stickers if Rolex AD’s remove them?

i have new watches from the same dealer and same sales person with stickers and some without.

It is not hard to see that Greys who buy in bulk having a special arrangement.

Seems that once every week or so, someone makes a post that says something along the lines of "it's been confirmed" that something. Stickers coming off, in many cases.

WHO is confirming this? What is your documentation beyond rumor and innuendo.
