After service

Hi,
Just a quick question: recently sent my watch to RSC for a service through an AD. Do you guy check the serial number when pick up the watch after servicing?

Do you just have the AD remove the springbar for you so you can check the serial then?

This is my first time sent in a watch for service(I haven’t got the watch back yet). It was just a question comes to my mind so just want to see what other members do.
