This might seem odd but I am curious about this. I wonder what ebay would do about ebay members buying their own watches/watch accessories to build thier own feedback up maybe?
I reckon they may not care as long as they are getting thier fees?

I am NOT trying to stir a pot with this question. I am just curious after seeing it happen is all.

I can assure that Ebay with certainty cares about these fraudulent practices, unfortunately they are difficult to prove.

Why do they care, because if the feedbacks are built up and a scam is successful, as the owners of Paypal, Ebay will end up paying the bill.

I think this site provides an opportunity to this company to stop fraud early on its tracks, but noone is perfect.

If you know of such practice, please report it!!!
