2 definitely. 15202 is a better single piece than BLNR and Hulk combined IMO.

I would a need a list of specific reference numbers. GMT Pepsi or White Daytona can mean a lot of things. For example, if you had a first series Pepsi with a Bakelite bezel that would be much different for me than the Pepsi with ceramic bezel.

Option 2 and it's a no brainer. I'd just switch the 5711 for a 5712 and then you have a slam dunk. I'd personally go with a 15202 or 15400 for a time/date only piece and opt for a 5712 over a 5711 for the unique dial and complications.
