Datejust preference, Stainless or Two Tone?

I’m curious to see what the community prefers so cast your vote.

Which do you prefer, an all stainless DJ or a two tone version?

I actually have the same dial as the one on top in SS, it is my favorite dial

I love the two tone, the contrast of metals really does it for me.

Rolex is really the only manufacturer to have continuously offered two tone in the broad line. It was really hot years ago but I think has cooled off. At auction, the same watch in SS seems to be more valuable than its counter part in two tone. I recently heard two tone only really sells in the US market.

Generally prefer all stainless watches. The only two tone I really liked was the bluesy Sub, but even that seems a little much for my tastes. FWIW, I do not consider the 16234 / 116234 (all stainless with WG fluted bezel) a two tone, even though it is stainless with white gold

SS for me. Lately, I have to admit that TT looks intriguing, it’s just so classic

Had a DJ41 TT Jub Gold Green Roman, traded it at David SW for DJ41 Blue Stick WG, Oyster. I only wish that Rolex would also provide bracelet links in addition to fluted bezel in WG. I gave up a little gold, but very happy with the trade. I also would of preferred hidden clasp on Jub, I am certain Rolex could of provided some sort of slot to give you the extra 5mm of an easy link. The easy link on the Jub, broke up the hidden design elements

I’d buy the SS. But TT looks nice on a DJ.

Interesting results. My feelings follow the poll results. I like the look of a two tone but I’d likely buy an all stainless version.

Has to be stainless for me. I feel like it’s a bit more understated.

If I had to pick one it would be the stainless model but in the context of a larger collection
I could definitely see owning both with the TT fitting nicely between a steel Datejust and a Day Date.
