I have both hulk and Daytona. I’d pick the Daytona every time. The numbers look about right as well for a black dial. Go for it!

The Daytona is a bit better on a smaller wrist than the maxi cased LV imho (if that is at all a consideration).

Lighten up, it’s a joke bro. Ryan Seacrest happens to be the butt of a lot of them. I’m sure he’s aware of that and can take it like a man and is even laughing all the way to the bank.

I would think about it. I had a black Daytona for a while and for a short time thought it was the best watch I’d ever own. I did grow tired of it however, as I seem to prefer a splash of colour as opposed to predominantly black watches (just my opinion). If you have enjoyed the hulk, maybe you do too.

Personally, if a Daytona I’d find another grand or two and go either white or Pre owned PM. If you are in the mood to move the hulk in any case and don’t mind the extra funds, think about a BLRO or skydweller also.

If I was in your position, I’d do the trade but I’d try to negotiate on bringing down the addt’l cash to 5.5-6k... 7k would probably be tops assuming the Daytona is complete and in pristine condition

I have had a sub in my collection since the beginning and still today.

I have had 3 Daytona’s over the years including the black dial ceramic. As much as I want to make the Daytona my only rolex, the Daytona’s never last in my collection through the year.

Do you want the Daytona more? Then yes. For me, I personally am not a fan of the Daytona's size so the only way I'd do it would be at a 50% cash decrease so I could sell the Daytona immediately, purchase a brand new LVc again, and have some extra cash for something else.
