Again Deepsea
As you all know i have purchased TT daytona, which i had thought about trading for a Deepsea
I have decided to keep my Daytona and save up for the Deepsea. I have spoken to my local agent he has said the has a 2 year waiting list. Do you think that later this year there will be more of them about. |

They're not rare, and they're going to be less rare as the year goes on. Remember that every AD has a waiting list which is 'years long', since they don't even know what stock they get i do wonder how they make out this 2 year wait, they could get 3 DSSD in a year or just 1
The thing to remember as well, a lot of people on those waiting lists aren't really interested in the DSSD, they want to buy it and sell it for profit, when the profit disappears so will their names from the list, also a lot of people won't have the funds, so even if you put your name down and you are number 10, you might get a call next month as the other 9 don't want to or can't afford it, i've seen one person jump from 6 to 1 on the queue. Good to hear you're keeping the Daytona as well, to take a hit that hard after 3 weeks isn't good.

Why is that every dealer seems to have a waiting list in the UK, however tons of people here from USA have no trouble in getting them and they are in dealers windows there. I have tried lots of dealers in london, and I am being told minium of 6 months wait for DSSD

They can be found at decent prices, i've seen a couple on other UK forums for RRP or thereabouts, if it's like that just now then in 6-12 months with a credit crunch i can see them being more easily accessable.
