Sub 5513 Bezel Insert Question

I plan to change the bezel insert on my 5513 submariner. I know it doesn't have any "clicks" and is bi-directional with an acrylic crystal but is there any fundamental difference to changing the insert compared to current models ? Does it even have a tension spring ?
Also since the 5513 had a long production run are all inserts the same size ?

Sorry Tools, you've missed my point. I know there are differences between models but I wondered if all 5513 inserts are the same as this model went through a number of changes over many years.

A new replacement insert will have a luminova dot at 12 which will glow green instead of the tritium one found on the original.

All the 5512/13 inserts are the same, but as Stratton mentioned, the pearl will be lunimova. A new insert should run close to $100, you can also buy some NOS with the tritium pearl for quite a bit more. I know SteveMulholland3 had some luminova inserts if you are interested.

Edit: Just noticed that you are in the UK, you can order them from any AD for less than I mentioned.
