14060M prices...

Wow. 4-line with box and papers? Up about 15% in the 3 months since I bought mine. And very few available. Wish I could get this kind of return in the stock market.

I guess that whole thing about "Rolexes being free to wear" is kind of true. I know that other models have appreciated crazily. Some are flat.

What have they been going for? I bought one a few months ago and thought I paid pretty high then for a random serial full set.

I paid $6500 for a full set. Now $7600 seems to be the bottom. Under that and they are gone.

I bought my D serial 2-liner 6 years ago for $5K. I thought I paid too much at the time but I like where this trend is going.

That’s a good price. I paid $7,000 for a random serial, complete. Unpolished. I thought it was high but I wanted it so I paid.

I bought my full-set K serial 2-liner from a trusted seller on here for $5200 exactly two years ago. It's nuts how prices have gone up.

Mine was the last serial before random. Unpolished and practically unworn but did have an almost invisible scratch on the bezel. Which probably knocked $500 off the price. Or it didn't matter. Previous owner traded it in on a PM model. Seller probably made a quick $500 or more. It was priced to move. Something over 250 views on Chrono24 after I reserved it.

The randoms seem to go for a bit more so you probably paid a fair price.

Quick aside if you don't mind, where do you see the number of views a watch gets on Chrono24?

I sold my 2 liner M 2 years ago then picked up a 4 liner which I eventually traded away towards an LV model. I have noticed the 14060M had jumped up in price this year. I still yearn for another but I’m content with what I currently have.

Right at the top of the listing when you click on it. Some have it and some don't. Not sure if it is a seller enabled feature since I have never sold anything there. This listing has it.

It's no GMT. But there aren't many of them out there. 7 on Chrono24 (full set, in the US). But I think that is more due to the fact that that they are being worn and not speculated on. There is a simplicity and comfort about them and kind of a classic vibe. But they don't stand out. Which I like.

Still the lowest priced SS Sub on the market...so it will be in huge demand and is almost an instant sale for well marketed grey dealers..

BNIB 14060M Random goes for around $12,000 to $13,500 through greys. I know it sounds crazy, but it's fact. The watch is an under the radar collector's item.

I've seen those. They rarely come up.

Makes me feel better about paying a small premium for mine. It’s not NOS but very minty fresh.

And this. They have a niche for folks that want a sub and don't need new or the AD experience.

Same. At least it did when I got mine. Now, a few months later it is definitely used.

As it should! What’s the fun if it’s not getting wrist time?

I bought it to wear and use and I love it every day. Wanted one all my life. Probably a rest of my life watch. We will see how Rolex holds up. It had at most a few weeks of wear when I bought it which seems crazy to me for a watch the previous owner had for 8 years.
