To Link Or Not To Link...Summer's Coming

We had a brief heat wave here in NJ a couple of days ago when it reached close to 80. I wore my DD that day and for the first time it felt snug. It's usually kind of loose which is how I prefer it but with warmer weather coming I'm considering whether or not to add a link. If so, do I get a full link or remove one and add a 1.5. With my mild OCD, I think the lack of uniformity might bother me. What do you guys recommend? I sincerely doubt my local AD is going to have both for me to make a comparison. Thanks!

The large links are only 1.25x not 1.5x. To get half a link, you need to remove two regular and replace with two large.

Thank you but still doesn't answer my question. How do I know if I would be better off with a 1.25 or a full extra link? Not really sure how much actual room the 1.25 would give me.

I would give the 1.25 link a try. Sounds like it's going to be too tight in the summer months otherwise.

I put one on, and it's a perfect fit now.

On my OP I have it right at the point of the same issue.. I think I will leave mine with the 1 notch adjustment for sizing if need be and not add the extra link. On the Sub it has the glide lock clasp so that makes it a joy if I need to fine tune it.
