He makes a valid point. Buy what you want.
TRF has becoming a bit of a stagnant ground in the last couple of years. It is, as you say, full of posts about grey dealers, prices, an the obsession with securing the latest and greatest flavour of the month. Compared to some other watch forums, its lost a bit of its soul. |

I’d say eventually you’ll have both, so I’d get the Daytona first if you can. The Sub will inevitably come later. Although either one makes a great pair with the DD
