What would you do?

So, I ordered and paid the deposit for a 15500ST blue dial (I should be 1st in the list in boutique), I can get it anytime soon. Today I got a call from the same boutique that they have a 15500ST Grey Dial that could be mine as well if I want. Damn. I want the blue even if it’s the unique one I never saw. My guy at the boutique told me that the reason why he called me is because he remembered that I was tempted for the grey one the last time I was there while he showed to me with the black version. Then I went blue because of ‘exclusivity’ maybe.
My question is would you get both? Or just wait for the blue one?
Anyway, I have time until this Saturday to decide...

If you can get both, do it. I personally prefer the blue too.

I’d get the grey now, who knows when the blue will arrive

Are these coming out too quickly, offering two to one customer now... hmm, not smart.

Get the grey now, wear it until the blue comes in. Then you can decide on which one to let go :)

I prefer the blue as well, but I’m not sure getting both is the right choice

The blue will be here within 2 months for sure, maybe less. The 1st one they get is mine

Maybe because that customer bought several pieces in that boutique...

That’s what you would do?

It sounds like you’ve made up your mind. And for a two month or shorter wait for what you really want it seems a no brainer. Blue!

If it is for sure that you´ll get the first blue one I would just wait the two months.
If you would take the grey it´s hard to believe for me that you´ll get the blue one from the same AD either.

If there's the waiting list / demand for these that there apparently is, unless you're an amazingly valued customer I'm surprised AP will allow a boutique to issue two to one person. A choice maybe...

Sure, I want the blue. Maybe there was a misunderstanding, I’ll take the blue one 100% what I’d like to know from you guys is if it’s worth buying the grey one now, enjoy it just for few weeks or a couple of months then flip it or keep in the box/bank. Would you do it?

I'd stick to the blue. Both is redundant, esp. considering your 15400 OR.

I would just get the one you like the best. Of course, blue is more “exclusive”. I’ve tried on both and prefer the grey one. You can always buy the grey now and flip it. Is it worth your time though? That’s the question.

If you've seen the blue before and prefer it then I'd for sure wait for that one. If you are buying both unseen then I'd get the grey now and blue later and then decide which to keep. Personally, I wouldn't have both though

I wouldn’t get both especially if you’ve already got the 15400 as one of the previous posts suggested.

Don’t be influenced by thinking that the blue is more exclusive - APs are rare anyway so being marginally more exclusive is only relevant if you intend to sell it at a later date as you’ll probably lose slightly less money overall. If you prefer the blue dial for the aesthetics that’s cool but people seem to be a bit hung up on the blue being boutique only. Just my opinion.

If you are 100% sure you can flip the grey for at least what you paid for, and want to go through the trouble, then yah get the grey now, then flip it for the blue. Otherwise just wait.
