11420 help

I'm in Italy next week and found this watch on Chrono24. I've been looking for a new Rolex OP 34mm (ref. 11420) with blue face for a while.

Here's the thing: The ad says it's a 2019 model, but on Rolex.com the same watch does not have the "Air King" symbol on the face. I thought the new OP's didn't have the Air King markings. Anybody here knows what's up with this watch?

You are correct. If I’m not mistaken, that is an 114200, but not a 2019 model.
