Not all that glitters is gold when it comes to high beat watches. Generally speaking a 5hz or faster watch will have a noticeably reduced service interval.

I wouldn’t trade a 10 year service interval for a slightly smoother hand sweep.

Plus more strap options. I was at an AP boutique and you could get a conversion kit for the royal oak to fit a leather strap if needed. Sounded pretty cool.

True Omega is doing with many Nato Strap Option, so are many others. Most probably Rolex will not. But with the movement maybe Rolex will come up with something.

But just wanted to hear what TRF members think or want.

I am I the same thoughts, annual calendar Day Date. The annual calendar can even be hidden just have the functionality. And with adjustable bracelet. Or.. 39.5mm SkyD.
