My submariner went to Kiawah Island, in and out of the ocean, pools, shower, bed, beach, repeat for seven days. No problem.

That's why I have a watch insurance policy. I'm protected whatever happens.

In 10 hours we leave for Naples, FL and my new Explorer II is going along with. This is going to be my very first travelling adventure as a Rolex owner and I'm quite 'schoolgirlie' about it.

For me it would all depend in the world that I was visiting.
There has been times when I wouldn't take my DD. But would always take either the Sub or the GMT II At times I believe that it is wise to think about you and your families safety.

Be careful, my dad owned a Tag Heuer for several years and went on a cruise, upon going through customs on his return, they tried to force him to declare it. He was informed that he needed to carry a reciept showing when it was purchased! What a scam for our customs to squeeze an extra dollar out of people.
