A great point. Although sunburst dial was part of the 16613, I thought they definitely hit the nail on the head with flat blue dial on the 116613. I was sad to see it replaced after a few years.

Seriously, in my tinfoil hat theory... I think the dial was meant to be more special so they kept it on the 116619. Then again, you could be totally correct that sales were lagging as it was. I still can't imagine the TT Sub sitting too long at the AD's

The Sunburst dial is excellent. The new model's dial does look a bit different the 121163LB compared to the previous model especially in direct sunlight.

I have both, like both, but lean probably 70/30 to the Sunburst Dial … maybe 80/20.
