CHNR
BLRO
DJ

Your collection appears to be based on getting hot or hyped models. You really like them I wonder.

My 2C;

The CHNR is the most beautiful GMT ever made. The BLRO for it’s historical color scheme. These two differ enough to justify two GMTs.
The BLNR I never understood.

SubLV with it’s bezel not matching the dial is a mismatch in color imo. Didn’t like it when they would give you easily 25% discount on it a few years back and still don’t like it now for 3 x MSRP.

Never mind the Daytona, personally not a fan. If a Daytona comes to mind than a PM. The case is much more substantial and the lugs are proportional to the case.

No 4 must be a PM and what better than the DD imho. Together with the DJ you can easily dress up or down.

Regardless, nice dilemma

Rolex: Keep the Hulk and Pepsi, add D-D Rose Gold Olive dial.

AP: 15450ST Blue dial and 26315ST White dial w/Blue sub-dial.

Black ND sub has to stay. The center of your collection and can we worn anywhere anytime, the most iconic as well. Then I would keep the Batman for blue (plus I think it is the best looking GMT), hulk for green, sell the rest and get the white dial ceramic daytona.

Option 1

Get rid of: Hulk, Root beer, Blnr

(Nothing beats a no date sub! You only need one GMT. The DJ is different from everything else and a great dress watch!)

Add: AP Chrono

Option 2

Get rid of: DJ, Root beer, Hulk

Add: DD (everose) Olive dial, or Chocolate dial.

Either way, the Hulk is soooo over priced right now I would sell it in either scenario (also never understood why that watch is so popular...)

My thoughts as well.
Also thinking OP should also consider buying a five digit references to mix it up.

Can't help you, you should decide which ones you prefer and wear most.

I mean, just like many newbies, you throw lots of cash on new models, likely in recent years, and do not really understand a watch collecting. On the other hand, nice collection, but missing many other great brands.

Big Pass. I'd sell all of them and start over.

Just seems like a bunch of hyped watches to me.

Lovely collection.

I’d vote to add AP Chrono into the mix

Keep Pepsi, Datejust, and black sub, add an AP or solid gold piece.

I would keep the no-date Submariner. The "real deal". Those other watches looks a bit unbalanced with "cyclops" and such. But, one of those steel GMT-Master's I would keep also, especially, if travel a lot and really need GMT function.
And then, maybe add some "tasteful" and stylish chronograph from another brand. Maybe go vintage with some nice and collectible old Speedmaster or vintage Heuer. Daytona has it's reputation, but I have to admit, that unfortunately every newer Daytona's looks little bit wonky with it's crown and pusher combination. Very, very unbalanced look. (old Daytona's are whole different story)
So, one "purists" watch no-date Submariner, one GMT, one chronograph, and that's it. Three completely different watches are enough.

Just keep the ones you wear the most, it's that simple.
