I believe if you talk to the manager and tell them which model you want and they have it at another store. They’ll get it sent over to their store. My sister did this with a Breitling watch she bought for her husband.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Costco in the UK, just a shame they do not sell any Rolex's here. Never seen one. Omega's / Tags yes, no Rolex's.

The thing about Costco is bring cash or a VISA card.

I doubt they are going to take a $35,000 personal check and give you the watch.

I would have no problem buying a BNIB Rolex there if it was what I wanted.

Thing is in the UK you can only pay by AMEX or cash in the costco store, but thats OK.

Paying by Credit card (CC) is pretty cool in the uk due to your consumer rights. We have something called section 75 here where if you make a purchase on your CC and something goes wrong with the item and the dealer refuses to take it back or goes bust then the CC company is jointly liable for the item refund. There are a few stipulations around it but it works most of the time. I think you are covered for 6 years as well

I bought a £10K kitchen once and company went bust. I got my money back via the CC company.

I bought my last watch from an AD using my CC just as a backup.

Anyway, BTT:
Saw many Rolex' and Breitlings and Costco (even Sam's here had my favorite Breitling and a IWC).

Never forget: Use the Costco Citi card and they double the warranty, which never ends anyway I suppose?
