That cracked me up, great story! Did you really do Paris-Dakar on a BMW or is that just a plan? I'm planning to do Doha-London on a KTM, the Sea Dweller will do the trip as well!

The entire incident cost me about $93 bucks. My wallet got cleaned out in one swoop, and left empty on the kitchen floor. A few of my reserve tooth picks were on the ground, and my little stamped Subway sandwich stamped card was sitting sideways in the pocket, but that was the extent of the loss.

I've been staying away from the piggy bank. I don't want to give any clues about it's location. Something as small as a shoe print, or disturbed item could give it's location up. I'm just pretending nothing happened, and everything seems to be good.

As for my name I had a BMW Dakar 650 GS a few years back. I really got into the dual sport riding, and watched the Paris Dakar Rallye. It was canceled this year due to terrorist threats. It is a true race, and my favorite thing to see.

This was a funny thread. I'll have something else come up soon I'm sure.

UPDATE

After going below radar, I have been walking on eggshells. I haven't screwed anything up in a few weeks. I couldn't believe how quick that week went to hell in a handbasket.

I washed her car, and folded laundry until my back hurt. I've cooked, and cleaned, as well as tended to the baby.

My wife made the comment "This is how I like you. You need be like this all the time" I resisted screaming "YES MAM!" or "How did I become a janitor, and do boy".

A simple "I don't mind a bit". was what I said.

As soon as she drove away, I let the dogs in the house, and turned up the TV. Melanie got a cup of pudding, and I'm cruising TRF again. Ebay auctions inspected, and an order of Pad Thai is enroute, via the Asian Express.

It's a party now!

Still cruising for a Sea-dweller
