Rolex Bexley - service of late 60's Air King?
Hi from a newbie on here.
Contemplating entering the Rolex owner world at long last with the purchase of a late '60's Air King for my wife - 34mm size ideal for her. However, I also want to get it tidied up. What is normal price for Bexley to service, etc. Also on the look out for a good 19mm oyster bracelet - any leads? Thanks in advance, Scott |

Welcome Scott.
Rolex does their service at a flat rate + broken parts not considered expendables.. In the US, the flat rate is about $550, and that will usually include a new crystal for the Acrylic models.. For a 60's, they will likely want to change the hands and dial, but if they are in good repair, you can decline this option.. Everything should be given to you in a written estimate before they do any work, so you can decide if you ant it done, and if you ant to include any of their recommendations.. They will also include the price of a new bracelet if you want one.. 600 to 800USD for a SS Oyster probably... take your old one off and keep or sell it..
