New guy - Question
Hello: I bought my first Rolex 24 yrs. ago (TT Datejust) but I just purchased a new TT Blue Submariner and I have a question. Where is my Anchor? The Jeweler (very respectable - 2nd oldest Rolex dealer in the U.S.) told me they don't include them anymore. Anyone know this to be true? I want my anchor.

Welcome to the madhouse, nrr1. Glad to have you aboard. In answer to your question, beats me. I only buy GMTs. They don't come with anchors.

From what I hear from other members, it seems Rolex has discontinued the issuing of the anchor. I think they still give it ONLY with the Sea-Dweller though. JJ

Hello and welcome. Sorry don't know much about new TT subs, mine's 9 years old and came with an anchor. It's still in the box so what use was it?

It's my understanding Rolex no longer supplies the anchor with any new Sub or sea-dweller.

As for the anchors, as far as I know, they started phasing them out earlier this year with plans to do so all together. I assume you got the new style box? The newer subs are coming with those and not the anchors anymore. Hope this helps. And please stop by often and share some pics of your Rolex family!!
