Trade my GMT II pepsi?
I got an offer on a Submariner no date. I really want the no date submariner.
Should I take the offer and trade my GMT II pepsi for the Sub? Or save up for the sub? |

I'd save up. The GMT is a classic that will only become harder to find as time goes on.

Why? You don't think you'll miss the date?

It really depends on whether you will miss the GMT. If you're 100% OK parting with it, then go for the Sub.

Save up for the Sub. The GMT is a classic in my opinion.

Not a chance i'd trade the Pepsi for a no date sub. Nothing wrong with having 2 great Rolexes if funds permit.

Keep the Pepsi. The Subs are easy to find...now and later.

With that deal I'd definitely keep the GMTII. It will remain a true classic and there's the added versatility of bezel changes.

I agree with the consensus - keep the GMT II and save for the Sub.

Thanks for some great responses
You guys are right, it's a classic, and the sub is more easy to find later. I'm also pretty sure i'll miss it to |

I share this opinion as well.
The GMTII Pepsi is a very nice looking watch, very different from the rest of the line. The Sub is an icon on its own, if you save you will have two watches that really compliment any collection. |
