Do you think there will be a new ceramic version of the LV?
Ive been wanting a submariner lv for some time now and am now debating on whether to go ahead and pick one up now or wait for the new ones to come out in hopes of them continuing some form of the lv or green bezel. Do you all think the new ceramic sub will have a green bezel (LV) option or is the current model my only hope for a sub with a green bezel?

There may be a green bezel ceramic Sub in the future but odds are that Rolex will release black first, probably at next month's Baselworld.

Not likely. You'd be lucky if the LV is not discontinued...........so if you like one, just grab it as it is. I think there's one on sale right now on TRF for a fairly good price.
Good luck - JJ

If youre talking about the one from Oscar (bodybump) it is exactly the one I am considering picking up. The price is a little higher than Id like but I still may go for it, but Im anxious to see what the new model holds before I do.

No way. I think the " 50th Anniversary Sub" in Y, F, D, Z, M and V series is enough.

The LV is a 16610 , no ? So, if the 11610 is going to be replaced by most likely by the 116610 . Simple deduction would make you assume that we will see a 116610 LV in ceramic one day .

Not sure if Rolex would make another competitor to their own new Ceramic SS Sub-date with the black bezel which we shall hopefully see coming out of Basel next month!! Just my 2 cents. JJ

Surely it was an anniversary edition?? At least thats how it was sold. 2010 is not a Sub anniversary is it? Therefore i would be amazed if the new Sub comes with an LV model.
