So I ended up going down a different path on my quest for another Daytona....
I put the TT Slate Dialed Daytona on the backburner and I ended up getting a "L" series White Dial Mark III w/ the inverted "6" SS Zenith Daytona - complete set - original box/paperwork/manuals. The watch is in MINT MINT MINT condition!!! I'm pretty freaking excited right now... Oscar you are the MAN!!
Just received the watch about 30 minutes ago and I'm off to NY for the weekend so I didn't have time to take pix but as soon as I return I'll be sure to drop some wrist shots!!! Just had to share my excitement with everyone!! For now.... pix in this thread: http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=126161 |

The white early 16520s are by far the best, unless you're willing to pay even more for a 6263 or 6265.
A wonderful watch indeed! Congrats! Best, A |
