Greetings from Croatia
Good evening ladies and gentlemen
...even as I joined this forum back in 2007, this is my very first post over here. Back then I "promised" myself that I won't voice myself until I don't buy myself a Rolex...well - few days ago I did - Submariner 16610 is on my wrist now! Bought it at the Amsterdam Schiphol airport AD, short and sweet stop - I knew exactly what I am after! A little bit about myself - mid 30s, working in offshore oil and gas (not particularly popular industry these days in Gulf of Mexico -sorry folks down there), working in Europe mostly, married, kids, quite outdoor guy... My contributions won't be numerous, but I am glad to be a part of this community, everyday I find more and more interest post and topics. Regards, 9A |

Welcome
Well you strike me as being a very organised and self disciplined guy. Congrats on your new Submariner, wear it in good health. I hope you will participate on the forums a little more than being the passive observer, but that of course is up to you.

Welcome 9A, Congratulations on your purchase. Looks like you were true to your word - 2007 and no post till now. Wow!
Regarding the Gulf issues, not to worry...We all share in that in one way or another. Regards |
