Happy birthday Subby!

Seeing as you're too young for a beer, I think a big slice of cake is in order, don't you?

Happy Anniversary in advance, Karis. We are already more than half way though the 8th....in fact, it's just coming up to 1:30 pm here.

JJ,

Isn't it 2:00 p.m. in N.Z. right now?

I was just wondering if you took the day off work to celebrate your Subs' birthday.

Well, as I've told you so many times ( you're probably sick of hearing about it ) , I was planning on purchasing the TT Blue on the one year "birthday" of my SS Sub which would be Dec 16. But I can't wait that long. I am now planning on that purchase in about 8 weeks or less. My wife thinks it's hilarious. She said somthing to my brother about starting a wager to see who can guess the date of when I will get it.

One more thing - why is your warranty cert. printed in French? I thought your country spoke English
Forgive me if I'm incorrect.

1. If you wait until the end of this year, you might end up paying more!!

2. Yes, we are an English speaking country, but our Rollies come from Rolex HQ, Melbourne, Australia who, in turn, get all the stuff DIRECT from Rolex, Geneva....so we get the French certificate. However, they also give us a small booklet with translations in several international languages, starting with English.

Well, in Canada, it is still the 7th, but still the same day, kinda

Thanks for the sentiments.

The SD was sold a long time ago.....replaced by....I can't remember now!!

The SS Sub has always been IMHO the ultimate in the Rolex line-up....one of the most popular ones and the one with instant recognition.

But if you're planning on an SD, that's not a bad move at all. You won't be disappointed. Superb watch, the Sea-Dweller!!

If you know for sure that you're actually going to be using the 24-hour hand, then I'd wait for the new TT GMT-II.....here's a picture to keep you drooling in the meantime!!
