what's difference between dj 16220 and 16234

anybody know if there's a difference. I'm looking to purchase one of these. But there's a price difference, they look really similar. Maybe it's the mechanical that's difference?

the 16220 has a stainless steel engine turned bezel. the 16234 is a white gold fluted bezel. sometimes they could look similar, but overall the wg one has more shine & brings a bit more on resale. also, the 16220 is now discontinued. the 16234 has a newer version, the 116234 with the newer style case. other than the bezel, they are identical. hope this helps.

is the only difference between 116224 and 16224 is just the bezel?

116234 has a newer style case. polished & wider lugs. bracelet has solid links & newer style clasp. 116234 also has a greater variety of dials now available. same size case at 36mm.

Viper has provided excellent and correct information. Remember the WG bezel will cost more as compared with the smooth SS bezel. Also, the WG bezel DJ appears slightly bigger because of the fluted WG bezel.....although both watches are still the same 36 mm in diameter.

I would recommend an AD unless you are absolutely sure and 100% confident about any other seller.

Good luck - JJ
